Manufacturing
RVS-CAT is strong in cutting, bending, rolling and welding. Together with our partners we can offer any metal production technique that is required to get the job done.
All this set of techniques and skills allow us to manufacture all kinds of components from standard profile frames to platework up to all kinds of tanks and piping.
We can produce components of small or medium size, short of larger series as well as unique or prototype components.
Assembly
RVS-CAT can take care of the pre-assembly of your systems. This means to take care of (pre)assembling the frame, covers, and piping but also the process components, pumps, belts, and electrical cabinets to assure everything will fit seamlessly into your system.
This final step gives you a partner that can support you in developing a proto-type up to assemble the complete system.
